okay, i think i know how to fix it.
go to the customization thing, and the themes. pick "no theme" and it'll ask if you want to keep your custom styles, make sure you do.
that should fix it.

hm, I'm not quite sure how to fix that. like I said, ask a staff member. they're smarter than me at this stuff :p as for making DIVs, I don't doubt it. it'd defeat the purpose of layouts if we couldn't make DIVs anymore.
